Since I’m now on a new computer with new software, it’s time for a new logo. I’m deciding to fully re-brand myself as I venture into doing more freelance work. Here is a preview of the new logo and look I’ve been working on. Tell me below – what do you think?
Kissing 2 Lips Branding
Logo Design, Business Cards, Arrangement Tags, Pricetags, Note Pads, and Grand Opening Postcard for a Florist Shop. Logo was designed in Illustrator, using a sketch supplied by the client. I imported the sketch and hand traced with the bezier tool. The client wanted the flower petals to be shaded somewhat realistically so the gradient mesh tool was the best option for this. The client also requested to use the Monotype Corsiva font. The Arrangement Tags were printed on uncoated paper to allow the floral arranger to sign their own name. Care instructions were printed on the back. The pricetags were hole drilled in the upper left corner to allow a ribbon to be tied around the tag and product. The logo has also been used in large format for the store sign, posters, and auto decal as well as on t-shirts, and 2 color metallic labels. The client was extremely pleased with the finished products and the versatility of the logo itself.
